Learn how to get off the couch and live life to the fullest!

About the Book

Dr. Linda Fisher is a retired police officer who lost her passion and career after a car crash. Through a series of tragedies, found herself on the couch as life passed by. Linda was chosen to participate in CNN’s Fit Nation changing her life from couch potato to triathlete. Many people were motivated by her life transition and asked her often how she made the life change. This inspired Linda to write a step by step, motivational book on how to change your life based her experiences.

"Addicted to my Couch is just plain amazing. A feel good read that talks to you right where you are. It’s inspirational, authentic, and raw. It makes you ask your self why not me? It’s the type of read that makes you tell yourself its time.  Time for a change. "
